Are dogs allowed at this festival?NO DOGS will be allowed into the festival grounds or campground for this event. Is this a rain or shine event?Yes. You are responsible for checking the weather ahead of time to have the gear you need.

What should I bring to be comfortable?Temperatures in September in the high desert are generally warm but cooling down as we approach fall. But anything can happen. Bring warm layers, sleeping bags, & blankets. While we expect temperatures to be 40s in the evening and 80s in the day. If we have an early winter temperatures could dip into the 30's in the evening. If you are camping you are responsible for checking the weather before you show up and bringing what you need to be prepared and comfortable. Is there cell service?There is limited cell service for some providers. There is free WiFi.

Is This a Kid Friendly Event?Yes.

Can you bring chairs or blankets into the music area?Yes. We ask that you do not set up your chair or blanket spot in the front or where people are dancing.

Where is the parking?The parking lot is a 10-15 minute walk (1/2 mile) from the music & campground.

Can I Bring an RV?There is an extremely limited number of RV sites with full hookups. These are available for purchase with the tickets. If you are ok with not having hookups. There is also a limited number of spots we will allow for RV, Trailer, or Van Dwelling. These are complimentary but need a registered ticket. You can find these in the ticket section.

Is there running water in the campground or do you need to pack your own?Yes! There are facilities with running water within walking distance of the campground (within) 100 yards).

Are there bathrooms? Showers?Yes! There are facilities with flushable toilets within walking distance of the campground (within) 100 yards). There are also other facilities dispersed around Zion Ponderosa Ranch & Resort Grounds. There will also be a small number of portable toilets near the music.

How far is the campground from the music?Less than 200 yards.

How far is the campground from Zion national park entrances?The campground is located on Zion Ponderosa Ranch & Resorts grounds which are 8 miles away from the EAST entrance (Not Springdale which is the SOUTH entrance) of Zion National Park. However, if you're interested in hiking, Zion National Park shares a boundary with Zion Ponderosa Ranch & Resort. The East wilderness entrance to Zion National Park is just 3 miles away from the campground. This is the trailhead for the 6 mile round trip hike to Observation Point.

Is there a place to dispose of trash or pack your own out?Yes there are trash cans located in each site and on the grounds.

Are the showers free?Yes, the showers in the bathroom complexes near the campground are free. We just ask that you use them with respect and keep them clean and unclogged for everyone's sake.

I bought tickets to Zion Reggae Fest. How do I book lodging at Zion Ponderosa?Zion Ponderosa Ranch & Resort has a wide selection of different accommodations from Cabin Suites, Tiny Homes, to large 25 person cabins within the adjacent community Zion Ridge (about a 5 min drive from the property) Go to this link to reserve one of these incredible options.

Any food or drinks available on site?Yes, there will be food available for purchase from the Zion Ponderosa Ranch and Resort restaurant. In the restaurant there is a bar that serves beer and mixed drinks that you can consume WITHIN the restaurant. There is also beer that can be purchased outside of the restaurant. This beer can be consumed anywhere on property EXCEPT for in the restaurant (it's weird, we know, please respect the boundary.)

Is Alcohol allowed?Yes, you may bring your own alcohol to consume in the campground. You CANNOT bring your own alcohol into the music space.

Can you bring coolers into the music area?No, you can bring your coolers to the campgrounds but not into the area where the stage is. There will be a fence and this will make sense.

Where do I Smoke?Since this is an all ages event - there will be a designated smoking area of the crowd if you'd like to smoke cigarettes, electronic cigarettes (any vaping device), or cigars. We truly ask you to RESPECT this boundary and the folks around you.

Over consumption & Illegal ConsumptionIn the state of Utah Combustible Marijuana is an illegal substance. Edible products are legal WITH a State issued Medical Marijuana Card & ID for verfication There will be a security presence at this event. If you are being belligerent/out of control or if they believe that you are engaging in any illegal activity. You will be asked to leave the event immediately.

How can I contribute? Is it possible to volunteer for this event?Absolutely! We need people to fill certain roles and would be honored if you'd like to join the team and help out pre-event or at the event itself.
